original artwork
original paintings are carefully packaged before shipment.
unless otherwise noted, paintings are sold unframed and are finished with a protective matte varnish. each original artwork includes a certificate of authenticity.
processing time
orders are prepared for shipment as carefully and promptly as possible.
because original artwork requires specialized packaging, processing time may vary depending on the size and nature of the piece. estimated timing will be provided when appropriate.
if an unexpected delay affects the promised shipping timeframe, catie mac art will contact the purchaser with updated information and available options. Federal rules generally require online sellers to ship within the stated timeframe, or within 30 days when no timeframe is given, and to address qualifying delays with the customer.
shipping
shipping costs are calculated or communicated before the sale is completed.
buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
